Tea Connection
With a proposal that focuses on the quality of its products, and offering a careful selection of teas from different regions of the world, as well as healthy eating options, Tea Connection and Green Eat have expanded to several Latin American countries, including Brazil, Chile and Uruguay.
Challenge
The main challenge was to build a POS (point of sale) application that works in QuickFood or Restaurant mode for Tea Connection, that was designed to work in a versatile and efficient way adapting to the specific needs of their business model.
Solutions
We developed an application that in QuickFood mode (Green Eat) allows you to place quick and personalized orders, speeding up the product selection and payment process. It includes options to customize the products and manage different forms of payment, such as cash, credit cards or mobile payment.
In Restaurant mode (Tea Connection), the application has additional functionalities for managing tables, orders, orders and payments. It allows servers to take orders from the app, send them to the kitchen efficiently, manage order status, and bill customers quickly and accurately.
The application integrates with the inventory and management system, allowing real-time tracking of available products, automatically updating stock, and generating sales and performance reports.
Impact
We managed to generate a positive impact by improving the customer experience, increasing operational efficiency and providing key information for management and decision-making in the Tea Connection and Grean Eat brands.
