Solution
We work closely with Compass Group, offering customized solutions that have significantly improved their management and operations. We have implemented table and food reservation systems that optimize food distribution and space management. In addition, we created CGPOS (Compass Group Point Of Sale), a customized, intuitive, fast and secure product that adapts to current payment methods and centralizes all information in the cloud. We have adapted and implemented this point-of-sale (POS) system at the Movistar Arena, facilitating transactions and streamlining the food and beverage purchase process during events.
We develop self-service kiosks that have improved the customer experience by allowing them to place orders quickly and in a personalized way.
In addition, we have worked on a diner control system that has allowed Compass Group to have precise and efficient control of the number of people served, guaranteeing quality service and adequate flow. Lastly, we have collaborated in the development of a centralized purchasing management system, revolutionizing the way they make their purchases, optimizing efficiency and significantly reducing costs.
